Returns Policy

At bibaloo we understand that you might not be entirely satisfied with your purchase or may simply wish to return it, perhaps because it does not fit or you do not like the colour, or in the very unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item.
For peace of mind, all purchases are covered with our 14 days exchange or refund guarantee. Furthermore, we will cover the delivery cost of your next purchase (made within 6 months of the initial purchase date).

14 days return guarantee

We’ll give you a full refund of the product unless of course you prefer to find a replacement or an alternative product. To return a product please follow the steps outlined below, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible:

• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the purchase to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). This process enhances a prompt credit, exchange or refund upon receipt of the goods
• Once the RAN has been issued to you please return the article within 5 days
• The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. We reserve the right to levy a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price on any items returned without a RAN
• You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery
• The return product must be in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required
• IMPORTANT! Any items which are returned without their labels will not be accepted or reimbursed
• All items being returned should be placed in their original packaging. Please also include any additional packing materials such as plastic bags, bubble paper or shoe boxes that were included etc.

As soon as we receive the item, we will refund you or credit your Bibaloo account.

Exceptions to our return Policy

We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, washed or that are soiled, dirty or damaged by wear and tear. Every product should be returned unused, in its original condition, with all the tags and original packaging.

Shipping Cost

Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed under normal circumstances.

We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or the incorrect item has been shipped, whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return postage (up to a maximum of £3.50). However, you do receive FREE shipping on the new item that we ship back to you for the exchange!
