Returns Policy

At Bibaloo we understand that you might not be entirely satisfied with your purchase or may simply wish to return it, for a refund or to exchange an item for a different size or colour.

For peace of mind, all purchases are covered with our 14 days exchange or refund guarantee. Furthermore, we will cover the delivery cost of the items you wish to exchange (made within 2 months of the initial purchase date).

14 days return guarantee

We'll give you a full refund of the product unless of course you prefer to find a replacement or an alternative product. To return a product please follow the steps outlined below, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible:

• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the purchase to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). This process enhances a prompt credit, exchange or refund upon receipt of the goods
• Once the RAN has been issued to you please return the article within 5 days
• The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us.
• You will be responsible for the returned items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, and waterproof packaging.
• The return product must be in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required

IMPORTANT! Any items which are returned without their labels will not be accepted or reimbursed

As soon as we have received and inspected the item, we will refund you or credit your Bibaloo account. We endeavour to refund you within one working day.

Exceptions to our return Policy

We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, washed or that are soiled, dirty or damaged by wear and tear. Every product should be returned unused, in its original condition, with all the original tags.

We will not accept gift boxes for return. Therefore these are non refundable.

Shipping Cost

Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed under normal circumstances. Shipping charges will be applied to orders that qualified originally for FREE UK delivery, if the remaining amount of the order, after reimbursement, does not reach £100.

We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped, whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return postage (up to a maximum of £3.50). However, you do receive FREE shipping on the new item that we ship back to you for the exchange!
