Pricewatch and what it means to you

We don't want to be beaten on price!

We check all our prices every day against our competitors to make sure we offer the best price and best value to our customers. In the unlikely event that there is a competitor offering exactly the same product, they have it in stock and it is available for immediate delivery then our promise to you is that we will match it. No catches or tricky exceptions.

How to use price watch?

If you have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets the above conditions,please get in touch with us via our contact page and you will be asked:

  • The product you are interest in buying and the price, or the one you have bought already
  • The website address of the internet site offering a better price

Once we have verified the price difference we will send you a discount code to match the price difference.

Already bought the item from us?

That is not a problem; as long as you contact us within 28 days of purchase we can refund the difference to your card or paypal account. Please note we price match the price of the product excluding delivery and any discount.

Criteria for Price match

  • The Branded product must be identical in stock and available to buy in the same colour and size and not be reduced as part of a sale or promotion on our competitors' site.
  • Our competitors price must be displayed in £ sterling to enable us to make a price comparison.
  • We must be able to verify the offer
  • We do not offer a Price Promise on goods sold on discounted websites, price comparison website or websites/shops closing down or going into administration
