In some exceptional instances - depending of the delivery country or the amount of the order, we might have to come back to you for additional insurance charges. In this case we would contact you within 24 hours of placing the order.

Packaging

Every order will be nicely and carefully wrapped and sent in a waterproof delivery bag. However you have the opportunity to receive your order or send it to a different delivery address in a beautiful pop-up gift box with magnetic closure, along with a special gift card. We will handwrite a message of your choice (up to 500 words).

We will charge £5.00 for this service to cover our packaging and handling fee as well as the extra shipping charges involved.
